The Restaurant
In the shade of hundred-year-old plane trees caressed by the sparkling water or in the warmly furnished trinquet, you’ll enjoy delicious cuisine in the great Basque tradition. According to the seasons, Pascal Arcé combines his savoir-faire with the best local produce – local lamb, Banca trout, country-style vegetables, sheep’s milk cheese…

The Garden
In the garden, a footbridge leads you across the Nive river to the swimming pool… for a bit of R and R. Arcé has everything you need for a perfect stay where walks and learning about local heritage are within reach as well as many sporting activities – marked hiking paths, whitewater sports, etc.
A Family Affair
The Arcé family’s history spans several generations from great grandfather to sons and daughters. A wonderful story in fact, in which this establishment, from a simple trinquet in 1865, has become one of the most beautiful hotels in the Basque Country today.
